Database manipulation via unsanitized client identifier
Published May 24, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Water-billing-management-system 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate its database via the delete_client id parameter. The delete_client action in /wbms/classes/Master.php incorporates the id value into a database delete operation without neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and crafted input can read, alter, or delete database records.
