Authenticated database disclosure via teacher_id SQL injection
Published May 13, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in College Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database-derived data through teacher_id. The display-teacher.php endpoint incorporates the value into a query without neutralizing quote and UNION syntax, letting a crafted request select values such as the database server version. An administrator session is required, and the published proof demonstrates disclosure through the teacher-record response rather than code execution.
