Database disclosure via transaction ID SQL injection
Published May 13, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Air Cargo Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through a crafted transaction ID. The transaction-management endpoint evaluates SQL syntax supplied in the id query parameter; a Boolean condition changes the response length and reveals the database-name length. An administrator session is required to reach the backend route, and the demonstrated consequence is Boolean-based extraction of database information.
