Account enumeration via password-reset response discrepancy

Observable discrepancy in Qlik Talend Administration Center 7.3.1.20200219 before TAC-15950 allows remote attackers to enumerate accounts. The Forgot Password feature returns distinguishable errors according to whether a submitted email address belongs to an account. No authentication or user interaction is required, and repeated reset attempts disclose valid account identifiers without granting account access.
