Service interruption via unconstrained HTTP response processing

Resource exhaustion in HashiCorp go-getter 1.5.11 and earlier and 2.0.0 through 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt services. The HttpGetter processed response bodies without enforced read deadlines or byte ceilings, allowing a malicious server to exhaust consumer resources. Exposure requires an application to fetch an attacker-influenced URL or receive a malicious HTTP response, with server-side consumers facing greater risk.
