OS command injection in the FortiWeb GUI allows remote authenticated users to execute shell code as root via crafted HTTP requests. The vendor identifies the Web GUI as the affected component but has not disclosed the vulnerable endpoint, parameter, or shell-command construction. An authenticated GUI session is required; successful injection runs attacker-chosen shell code as root, enabling complete control of the appliance.
