Configuration manipulation via hardcoded TEA key

Hardcoded-key cryptography in Motorola ACE1000 RTUs through 2022-05-02 allows remote attackers to alter device configuration. The embedded XRT client encrypts gateway credentials with TEA in ECB mode under a hardcoded key, and the MDLC driver uses that construction for XNL-port authentication. Network access to the XRT or XNL communication path is required; recovery of the shared credentials enables unauthorized configuration changes.
