Persistent revoked-domain resolution via unvalidated NS caching

Ghost-domain resolution in Technitium DNS Server 8.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to keep revoked domains resolvable via DNS delegation data. The recursive resolver caches NS records without the additional validation needed to reject a V2 ghost-domain delegation, preserving stale authority data after revocation. Attackers must supply DNS delegation data to the recursive resolver; expired or taken-down malicious domains then remain resolvable for an extended period.
