Datadog API key disclosure via webhook logs
Published Oct 28, 2022 · Updated May 7, 2025
Information exposure in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote authenticated users with Maintainer access to read a Datadog API key. The webhook test-log view records and returns the integration's secret API key without masking it. A project must have the Datadog integration configured, and Maintainer access is required; disclosure permits use of that integration credential.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
