Remote code execution in Microsoft Office LTSC 2021 and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise allows attackers to run code via a crafted file. Microsoft has not published the affected Office component or the specific file-parsing operation that mishandles the crafted input. A user must open or otherwise process the file locally, after which code runs with that user's privileges.
