Local privilege elevation via AppContainer service tickets

Security feature bypass in Kerberos on affected Microsoft Windows releases allows local users to execute code at a higher integrity level. A script running in a low-privilege AppContainer can request a Kerberos service ticket that bypasses the ticketing feature's user access-control checks. Existing code execution inside an AppContainer is required; successful exploitation also permits access to resources outside that container's integrity boundary.
