Authenticated file deletion via upload path traversal

Path traversal in Concrete CMS 8.5.7 and earlier and 9.0.0 through 9.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete server files. The chunk-upload handler accepts traversal-bearing path input, and isFullChunkFilePresent fails to reject values outside the expected chunk-file form. Administrator-level access is required; successful exploitation deletes files reachable by the web-server account and can interrupt the site.
