Database read and modification via interpolated code parameter
Published May 17, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Covid 19 Travel Pass Management 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or modify database data through the code parameter. The PHP view-pass logic inserts the untrusted code value directly into a quoted SELECT statement without parameterization or escaping. Unauthenticated access to the affected page is sufficient, and successful exploitation is limited by the database account's permissions.
