Unauthenticated API access via unanchored OAuth regex

Authentication bypass in Flower before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to access its API through a crafted OAuth email address. The OAuth login handlers compare the identity provider's email against an unanchored administrator-supplied regular expression, so an attacker-controlled address containing an allowed-looking substring passes the restriction. An OAuth-enabled deployment using an email allowlist is exposed, enabling Celery task discovery or invocation and task-node shutdown.
