Credential disclosure via Base64-encoded configuration passwords

Insufficient credential protection in Mobotix Control Center 2.5.4.5 and earlier allows local users to recover stored passwords. The application writes camera, MxCC user, and network-share passwords to MxCC.ini as Base64 data that decodes directly to cleartext. Access to the Windows user's configuration file or a copied backup is required; recovered credentials expose cameras, recordings, shares, and MxCC administrator access.
