CVE-2022-30016Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator takeover via unenforced role checks

Published May 23, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Incorrect authorization in Rescue Dispatch Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over an administrator account. Administrator endpoints do not enforce the documented role boundary, so a low-privileged staff account can open the user editor and replace an administrator password. Staff credentials and network access to the web application are required; successful exploitation grants administrator control over application data and functions.
