Unauthenticated SQL injection via agent_id
Published May 12, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Insurance Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data via the agent_id parameter. The editAgent.php endpoint incorporates agent_id into a database query without adequate neutralization, as demonstrated by crafted requests that change response length based on database-content conditions. The issue is reachable over the network without user interaction according to the published CVSS assessment, and successful exploitation can compromise database confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
