Database manipulation via unsanitized category identifier
Published May 12, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Online Sports Complex Booking System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through a crafted category id. The manage_category.php endpoint directly incorporates the id query parameter into a SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax. Network access to that administrative endpoint is sufficient; injected statements can read, alter, or delete application database records.
