Converter crash via resize floating-point exception

Incorrect calculation in libsixel img2sixel 1.8.6 allows remote attackers to crash the converter via a crafted JPEG file. While processing the file with resizing enabled, sixel_encoder_do_resize performs an undisclosed erroneous arithmetic operation at encoder.c:633, raising an unhandled floating-point exception. No authentication is required, but a user or downstream workflow must cause img2sixel to process the malicious image; the demonstrated consequence is a converter crash.
