Arbitrary file disclosure via static path traversal

Path traversal in Sinatra before 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to read files outside public_dir through crafted static-file requests. The static! handler expands the request-derived path but fails to verify that the result remains under the configured public_dir. The application must expose Sinatra's static-file serving; successful requests disclose files readable by the server process without authentication.
