Traffic interception via disabled certificate verification

Improper certificate validation in python-scciclient 0.11.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read or alter iRMC HTTPS traffic. HTTPS request paths in scciclient/irmc/elcm.py and scciclient/irmc/scci.py pass verify=False to Requests, disabling certificate checks. An attacker must intercept traffic between the Linux client and an iRMC endpoint; credentials and management commands can be observed or modified.
