Script execution via unescaped Advertise link messages

Stored XSS in the Nimbus skin for MediaWiki through 1.37.2 allows remote attackers to execute script via Advertise link messages. Nimbus inserts those configurable interface-message values into link HTML without output escaping, causing supplied markup to be interpreted instead of displayed as text. Exploitation requires a victim to load a page that renders the affected link, and successful script executes in that victim's browser context.
