Cross-site request forgery in FanBoxes for MediaWiki through 1.37.2 allows remote attackers to create or update UserBox pages via Special:UserBoxes. The Special:UserBoxes handler accepts POST requests and writes the requested page without checking an anti-CSRF token, so a crafted cross-site form can submit state-changing fields with a victim's session. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to interact with attacker-controlled content and is bounded to integrity changes on UserBox pages.
