Improper authentication in Intel AMT firmware allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges through network access. Intel has not published the affected authentication routine or the incorrect operation that accepts a privileged request. Valid AMT credentials and network access are required; successful exploitation grants elevated control that can disclose and modify data, with no service interruption reported.
