Arbitrary file deletion via retained URL parameters

Leftover debug code in InHand Networks InRouter302 3.5.45 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files. On port 4444, upload.cgi_input preserves URL-supplied filename and type values instead of replacing them with validated multipart fields, so upload.cgi_output removes a traversal-resolved path during temporary-file cleanup. Privileged management access is required; successful exploitation can remove operational or configuration files.
