Unauthenticated configuration access

Missing authentication in Siemens SICAM P850 and SICAM P855 before V3.00 allows remote attackers to read configuration details and submit network-setting changes via the web interface. The web server exposes its configuration area without checking authentication, allowing retrieval of internal settings and acceptance of reconfiguration requests. Network-setting changes do not take effect unless an authenticated administrator activates them, limiting direct impact to disclosure and staged integrity changes.
