Server crash via unbounded message allocation

Memory exhaustion in OPC UA .NET Standard Stack through 1.4.368.53 allows remote attackers to crash a server with a crafted message. The server's message-processing path accepts an attacker-controlled size value and allocates memory without enforcing an expected limit. Network access by an unauthenticated client is sufficient; the reported effect is a server crash without confidentiality or integrity loss.
