Encrypted credential disclosure via anonymous render request

SSRF in Progress Ipswitch WhatsUp Gold 21.0.0 through 21.1.1 and 22.0.0 allows remote attackers to relay encrypted credentials. The anonymous RenderController accepts a crafted PUT to /NmConsole/api/core/render and sends a blind outbound request containing encrypted WhatsUp Gold user credentials to an attacker-selected host. No authentication or user interaction is required; the flaw discloses encrypted credentials, while plaintext recovery requires chaining with a separate weakness.
