Authenticated local file read via path traversal

Path traversal in Progress Ipswitch WhatsUp Gold 21.1.0 through 21.1.1 and 22.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read local files. The AlarmCustomizer API passes its fileName parameter to Path.Combine and opens the resulting path without rejecting traversal segments or rooted paths. Any authenticated account can submit a crafted path to retrieve files readable by the WhatsUp Gold service; a UNC path can also trigger Net-NTLMv2 hash disclosure.
