Interpreter crash via uninitialized splice array

Denial of service in NGINX njs 0.7.2 allows local users to crash the interpreter by executing crafted JavaScript. Array.prototype.splice leaves entries in its fast deleted array uninitialized when invoked with a slow, gapped receiver, and njs_value_own_enumerate later dereferences a null value. Exploitation requires permission to run crafted njs code, which the upstream threat model treats as trusted configuration, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
