Authenticated command execution via unfiltered IP address

Command injection in D-Link DIR-890L firmware through 1.22B01 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. SetVirtualServerSettings.php passes LocalIPAddress to getWOLMAC, which concatenates it unfiltered into a scut command when the description is Wake-On-Lan. Access to the router management interface is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with access to sensitive device files.
