Unauthenticated database disclosure via transaction ID injection
Published May 12, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Money Transfer Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through the transaction-send id parameter. The admin transaction-send endpoint incorporates the id value into an SQL expression without neutralizing a quote and Boolean condition; response-length changes expose whether that condition is true. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates indirect database disclosure.
