Administrative account manipulation via forged user-edit requests

Cross-site request forgery in Delta Controls enteliTOUCH 3.40.3935, 3.40.3706, and 3.33.4005 allows attackers to alter accounts. The hmi_useredit.asp endpoint accepts cross-origin POSTs that add users or change the DELTA account password without validating request origin. A logged-in administrative user must visit an attacker-controlled page, after which the attack can create an account or replace the administrator password.
