Open redirect via misordered path sanitization

Open redirect in Caddy before 2.5.0 allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary sites through crafted request paths. The MatchPath matcher trims trailing dots before cleaning the path, so double-dot input can survive matching and make php_fastcgi emit a scheme-relative Location header. Exploitation requires a php_fastcgi configuration and a victim to follow the crafted link; the redirect leads to an attacker-chosen site.
