Database data inference via level-sort SQL injection
Published May 26, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in CSCMS Music Portal System 4.2 allows remote authenticated users to infer database data through the id parameter. The sys_User.php_level_sort handler accepts an xid array value containing a conditional SQL expression and exposes the result through a response delay. A valid administrative session is required, and the timing oracle permits database contents to be inferred without returning query output directly.
