Database disclosure via injectable id parameter
Published May 26, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in CSCMS Music Portal System 4.2 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through a crafted id parameter. The sys_Label.php_js_del handler accepts injected SQL expressions in the POST id array, enabling conditional sleep calls to encode query results in response timing. An authenticated administrative session is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates database-name extraction rather than destructive writes.
