Authenticated database disclosure via link deletion SQL injection
Published May 26, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in CSCMS Music Portal System 4.2 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through a crafted link ID. The sys_Links.php_del handler accepts the POST id[] value at /admin.php/Links/del as a SQL expression, enabling time-based extraction. An administrator session and an existing friendship-link record are required; the demonstrated payload delays the server and infers database contents one condition at a time.
