Guest-triggered denial of service via DMA reentrancy

DMA reentrancy in QEMU Tulip device emulation through 7.1.0 allows guest OS users to crash the host QEMU process via crafted descriptors. Tulip descriptor and frame-copy paths accept DMA destinations within the device's own MMIO region, recursively invoking handlers until stack or heap exhaustion. The Tulip PCI device must be configured and controlled by a guest; successful exploitation terminates that QEMU process rather than the host operating system.
