Missing authorization checks in SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and ABAP Platform allow remote authenticated users to escalate privileges over the network. SAP has not publicly disclosed the affected ABAP component or operation, beyond stating that necessary authorization checks are absent. A valid account is required; successful exploitation grants permissions beyond those assigned to that account.
