Network connectivity failure via switch capability mismatch

Improper control flow in ONOS 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to disrupt network connectivity by submitting an IPv6 intent to an OpenFlow 1.0 switch. IntentManager fails to reject the switch-and-intent capability mismatch and instead attempts to install unsupported IPv6 flow rules. Reachability requires access to the intent-submission interface and a topology containing an OpenFlow 1.0 switch; the documented result is failed connectivity.
