Shell command execution via unsafe argument quoting

Shell injection in Apache Maven maven-shared-utils before 3.3.3 allows attackers to execute shell commands through crafted arguments. The Commandline and BourneShell path emits the executable and arguments inside double quotes without escaping shell metacharacters instead of applying unconditional single quoting. Exploitation requires an application or build path to pass attacker-controlled text into this command-construction API; the resulting process runs with the privileges of the Maven invocation.
