Kernel privilege escalation via unlocked pipe resizing

A race condition in Linux Kernel before 5.19 allows local users to crash the system or execute code with kernel privileges. pipe_resize_ring() replaces the pipe-buffer ring without holding rd_wait.lock, allowing post_one_notification() to access the freed ring concurrently. Exploitation requires low-privileged local code execution and can cause a kernel oops or arbitrary code execution in the kernel context.
