Denial of service via HEVC NALU over-read

An out-of-bounds read in GPAC 2.0.0 allows local users to interrupt MP4Box by supplying a crafted HEVC media file. The gp_rtp_builder_do_hevc function in src/ietf/rtp_pck_mpeg4.c trusts malformed HEVC NALU length values and reads beyond the heap buffer allocated for the sample. Exploitation requires opening or processing the crafted file with MP4Box; observed impact is a process crash and service interruption, without demonstrated data disclosure or modification.
