Local crash via incompatible tiffcrop option processing

Out-of-bounds reading in LibTIFF tiffcrop 4.4.0 and earlier allows local users to crash the utility via a crafted TIFF file. With incompatible -Z, -R, -H, and -S options, extractImageSection reads one byte past a heap allocation because tiffcrop applies mutually exclusive selection modes together. A local user must run tiffcrop on the attacker-supplied file with the conflicting options; the demonstrated consequence is termination of that tiffcrop process, not system-wide service loss.
