Credential theft via unescaped LinOTP base URL

Stored XSS in MISP before 2.4.158 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers via LinOTP. The login view inserts the LinOTPAuth.baseUrl setting into a link href without HTML escaping, so a stored payload runs when the login page renders. Administrator access to server security settings and enabled LinOTP are required; the script can capture credentials entered by login-page visitors.
