Information disclosure via incorrect file-group membership check

Incorrect privilege reporting in Go before 1.17.10 and Go 1.18.0 through 1.18.1 allows attackers to disclose file-access information. Faccessat tests whether the process user belongs to the process group instead of the file group, so it can apply a file's group permission bits to an unrelated user. The flaw is limited to Linux calls with nonzero flags and only misreports accessibility; disclosure depends on an application trusting that result.
