Terminal I/O interception via truncated key comparison

Improper I/O-key validation in SchedMD Slurm 21.08.0 through 21.08.7 allows remote attackers to attach to terminals and intercept process I/O. The io_init_msg_validate function compares the legitimate key against an attacker-supplied key for the supplied key's length without first requiring equal lengths. Network access to the srun client is required; successful attachment exposes terminal input and output without establishing code execution or broader privilege escalation.
