Authenticated internal script execution via missing role checks

Improper authorization in Hitachi Energy MicroSCADA X SYS600 10 through 10.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute internal scripts. The Workplace X WebUI dispatches MicroSCADA internal scripts without enforcing the authenticated account's assigned role. Any authenticated account can therefore invoke scripts beyond its authorization, affecting the SCADA server's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
