WSDL disclosure via iControl SOAP path traversal

Path traversal in iControl SOAP in F5 BIG-IP 11.6.x through 16.1.x allows remote authenticated users to read WSDL files. F5 has not disclosed which iControl SOAP handler or path-normalization operation permits traversal outside the intended directory. At least guest-role access is required, and the reported consequence is limited to reading WSDL files from the BIG-IP file system.
