Service interruption via undisclosed IPsec ALG responses
Published May 5, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Denial of service in the IPsec ALG of F5 BIG-IP allows remote attackers to interrupt TMM traffic processing via undisclosed responses. TMM improperly handles an exceptional response condition in IPsec ALG processing and terminates; F5 has not disclosed the response format or code path. Affected deployments run BIG-IP 13.1.x before 13.1.5, 14.1.x before 14.1.4.6, or 15.1.x before 15.1.5.1 with an IPsec ALG profile on a virtual server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
